Fellow ProgSoc members,

As I was perusing the WinDoze menus on the computers at Broadway, I
noticed the recent addition of NetScape. This, I feel, is a Good Thing,
because I could previously only use Lynx, which is Text Based, and Boring.

Now I come to the Point. NetScape is NOT on the Kuring-gai computers.
This is a Bad Thing, because I'm sure there are people who use the
Kuring-gai computers (but don not necessarily study here) who would want
to use NetScape. I am one of them.

Why am I telling you? It's in the hope that someone who works at ITD and
who may have some say in this will read this. Well, I hope so, anyway.

If this was/is temporary, and NetScape will be/is coming on/to
Kuring-gai, then I've jumped the gun. Abuse me by mail, rather than
posts to ProgSoc.

Happy holidays,

Alister Air
