I think it's fair that the members at least know who they're voting
for. A lot of the members (as Peter pointed out) will be new... unless
it has been set up so the Executive for '95 is elected before the
membership for '95 is elected?

When will our membership be joining (en masse)? An AGM is perhaps
not appropriate until then.
