suCGI and CGIWrap can't be configured in the web server
simultaneously. CGIWrap is what is currently running.

I'd be interested in hearing which CGIWrapper people prefer. If there is
enough interest I'll post a small comparision of them, otherwise point
yourself to suCGI (http://www.louisville.edu/~jadour01/mothersoft/apache/)
and CGIWrap at ~archive/source/web/cgiwrap-3.3/
