You are correct in that you'd have to copy CMD.EXE. I don't know whether the
NT version will work under 95, I haven't tried it, but I suspect not. On one
of the resource kits there is a version of CMD.EXE for Windows 95, intended
for use with a particular PERL engine. One day when I get some free time
I'll have a look.
