[ProgSoc] netscape problem

Hi
  I have seen your id in Net.I am facing problem with few listeners,if you can
help me i will be very thankful to you
problem

there are 24 listeners in the webserver,once in a while 4 listeners take more
memorry usage and not releasing it back .it will eat up almost full
memory.Then i have to release memory manually
