[ProgSoc] Can apache, MySQL and PHP

Can apache, MySQL and PHP be installed relably on a NT 4 
platform to act as a sever on an internal network.  I know how to do 
it with Linux but unsure about NT4 any ideas as to if it is possible, 
how hard any good faq's etc...
