Ok this goes back to the good ol days of dos and the way it selects
drives.
order dos names drives is as follows (from memory):
Primary partitions in the order of
Primary master
Primary slave
Secondary master
Secondary slave
Then extended partitions in the order as above
(dont quote me on this.. Id have to go home and look)
You could try dodgy tricks as only creating an extended partiton on the
drive (I think partiton magic will let you do it) but it may cause
problems in the future.
I suggest following christians idea of norton.
