[ProgSoc] TFM

Just to get the ball rolling, and because our Lazy Secretary, Matt Keenan,
can't show us his minutes, I've decided to contribute a chunk to TFM --
it's a guide to the UTS Buildings (http://138.25.6.1/tfm/).  I'll let
someone else assimilate my content.  Please, feel free to suggest changes
and additions, and write your own bits.  I'm sure someone can write a
better UTS Student Gourmet's Guide to Broadway & Environs than me.

Incidentally, we should stop calling the TFM by year number (I think
that's agreed), and call the next one TFM XP.  That is -- the TFM
Experience, apparently.  Well one crap naming scheme deserves another,
right, MS?
