Mea culpa. And I thought I actually said something to that effect, at
some point in the announce.
Yes folks, the meeting is there to discuss and vote.

The entire background was discussed at the last Exec meeting, for which
agenda was publicly given, and all members were allowed to attend. I
really really wish the minutes existed ... and I draw the line in the sand
at writing them myself!
Suffice it to say, I think there was a message from me on the subject on
this list the other day. "It is no longer a Union requirement" and
"Wouldn't it be nice to charge everyone $10?" are the two main pros.
Cons, I open the floor to. We may raise less cash in 2001 than 2000.

Never crossed anyone's mind, sorry. I had assumed that the quorum would
be achievable, and that those feeling the urge to vote would find a friend
to vouch for them; inevitably we'll just go for an honour system because
the level of controversy is epsilon, and IMO there's no call for any more
formality than this right now. Well, there is yours ... no wait, it's
just a question.
How's the beef? Found any Bovine Spongiform Encephylitis yet?
