I think it would be better to raise the membership more than raise
more cash... we still have hardware that we aren't using so it seems
like we should not buy too much more until we at least TRY to get
the SS2000 going. (looks like we are going to have to spend a little
bit of money on a locksmith to make new keys so we can turn the bugger on
cos no one seems to know where the keys went... stryker? got any spares?)

Seems reasonable that people can announce proxies publically on the progsoc
list... after all voting is not secret so why should proxies be? Once announced
publically anyone can complain if they think something dodgy is going on.
If they don't complain then they must agree.
