Well... no... probably not. But it's a wild and whacky thought. The main
reason would be:

1. incompetance
2. it's not -really- needed. you can access the vast majority of the net
   without it (I know it's possible because my firewall is that tight...
   only about 5 SSL sites opened up (erm... home firewall, not work :))
   and it's just one less opening in your firewall.
