[ProgSoc] mailing list software

What software does progsoc use for lists (such as this)? Is the list
archive on the web an integral part of this software or is it an add-on
or a hack?

I'm looking for something to interface with majordomo to produce a web
interface (majorcool does this), and web based archive (I'm not sure if
majorcool does this)
