Erm sure, but when you're faced with an IT first-year at O-Day, who wants
to challenge your marketing-derived calculation, how are you going to back
it up? :)
Plus, like Nige said, there are overheads and such, so you want to prove
that 1,000 is a conservative figure ... maybe explain how or why MP4
codecs are more efficient than MP3 for the same given quality. And so on.
I actually get the feeling they want to hire IT students as a direct
result of copping too many technical smart-arse comments at previous
O-Week events!
It's not like they want you to work for free, is it?
