No, you haven't. When I started this subthread, "the" point was that,
while your idea in which the government has no authority to limit
personal choice (smoke, drugs, gamble, etc.) seems like a good idea,
I object to your inclusion of smoking (and, for another example, drink
driving) in that list because smoking is not as simple as being a
personal choice. It can cause physical harm to others even after short
exposure, such as long, persistent headaches.


You even have accused me of running a "thinly veiled 'I really don't
like smokers' argument", but that was not me and I really don't think
that accusation was fair play. In my opinion, you have not directly
responded to this issue straight on, you have only used misdirection
(such as the above accusation), or statistics that I represent a
minority, which itself is a very weak point because:

1. You gave no citation for this statistic.
2. You didn't sufficiently justify physical harm against a minority
   group.
