[PROGSOC-ANNOUNCE] CORRECTED ProgSoc AGM 2007

That'll teach me to attempt to reduce the work by copy-pasting. Even
after triple proofreading, I still managed to miss a change. Sorry
all (especially Dedney). The RSVP email is mmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxx

The original (corrected) email follows.

THE AGM
-------

WHEN: 7pm Thursday, 29th March, 2007

WHERE: Meet in the Progsoc room, next to the Interface Room, room
10.03.380A, building 10. The meeting will likely be moved to a larger
room depending on attendance and availability, in which case an
appropriate sign will be placed on the Progsoc room door.

FOOD: TBA, depending on number and preference of those attending.
Probably pizza.

AGENDA: TBA. Anyone who has any business they wish to have included
on the agenda, please raise this via email to
progsoc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

NOMINATIONS ------- The positions to be elected are: - President - Vice-President - Secretary - Treasurer - Computer Systems Officer - First Year Representative - Alumni Representative

Up to four additional "keyholder" positions may be appointed by the
executive, though these are not subject to formal nomination. In
particular, an assistant CSO (or "PFY") is anticipated to be
appointed, so volunteers for this position would be welcomed.

Nominations can be made from now until noon, 29th March.

Nominations will be declared publicly.

Candidates must be nominated, seconded, and accept their nomination
via email to the progsoc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailing list.

Registrations and Eligibility and Voting -------All members who have joined or renewed for 2007 are invited to attend the AGM and vote. If you have not renewed for 2007 yet, you may do so prior to the meeting. Proxy votes will be able to be emailed to a returning officer, after we have appointed an officer.
