In other words, the same amount that anyone else ever receives.

I don't know about pine (I don't use it cos it's a dribbly, hand-holding
mailer -- but that shouldn't infuence you towards elm... :-)) but you
can get elm to do this thus:

in your ~/.elm/elmrc, modify the line

attribution = blah

to read

attribution = Once upon a time, %s was heard to say:

and that's it.
