Agree. Blinking in a page puts me right off. You might like to fiddle
with the formatting of the Disclaimer -- looks a bit messy in comparison
to the rest of the page which is, IMHO, quite nice.

If you've got a later version of Netscape (1.1b1 or later), then have a
look at the tables capability -- demo is on http://www.mcom.com/
somewhere, but their site isn't responding to me at the moment so I
can't post the exact URL. Start from their welcome page and browse.
