For several days, Sammy Yousef and pmeric@nospam.vnet.ibm.com argued:

[ridiculous banter deleted]

First of all, I have saved Steve's useful post for inclusion into "TFM VII
: A New Beginning" (dolby surround sound in selected cinemas).

Second, Peter's right, I'm going to start editing next year's TFM *this
month*. Get off your arses and write something! I still need the UNIX at
home chapter. If Forest wants a look-in, someone from that lazy group
should write something also. Muds may well be dropped altogether, but
probably just cut to shreds. I'm not sure I can condone Muds or Forest in
TFM... especially if the school doesn't want them used on SOCS terminals.

Third, get a life. Sammy, you didn't need to reply to Steve's msg the way
you did. When you finally posted something useful (the Win95 script), that
was good. Just keep a grip, huh? Steve's meaning was obvious, he was
clearly writing from memory and indicated that his memory may well be in
error at the crucial point. Any intelligent user would check the process
carefully first time through and verify the veracity (or otherwise) of
Steve's post. Peter, I know it's fun, but don't wind Sammy up so much.
