Hi David,

I have such a monitor which I am willing to get rid of (freely)... I'm just
not too keen to remove it from the "leaning tower of Pisa" at my house just
right now to find out what kind of monitor it is.

When I get a chance I will let you know what brand/model it is. I think its
15" but it might be 14".
