An extreme way to get rid of the spam (and a lot of readers like myself)
would be to operate only via VPN. But that would be too paranoiac, i
guess...

By the way, I would like to ask if there is any normal possible way to
buy a copy of TFM if I'm located on the other hemisphere of the Earth.
That is for example if I can pay in advance 15 AUD for printing + the
costs of package posting by 'snailmail'. If so, to whom, when, how and
if I can thrive on having a copy under my Christmas tree this year...
