[ProgSoc] TFM: Time For Modification

Actually they don't teach this stuff any more (at least they haven't yet
and I'm in my 3rd semester). That's why I plan to take data structures
and algorithms and software engineering fundamentals as electives in the
hope that they do cover it. If they don't I'll just have to settle for
the progsoc library. Nowadays they just teach Java.
