In the ACT Public Service Graduate Program, you'll be placed in a real job that has real responsibilities. It's a big step towards a career that's both professionally challenging and personally rewarding.

We're looking for graduates of all ages, who are enthusiastic, creative, flexible and possess a strong interest in our local community. We encourage applications from people with disability and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The ACT Public Service Graduate Program will build on your academic success and extend your personal and professional skills through challenging on and off-the-job training and three work rotations across the service.

The ACT Public Service is seeking people with undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate qualifications for specialist areas including:

  *   Accounting / Finance / Economics;
  *   Architecture; Engineering - Civil / Mechanical;
  *   Civil Works;
  *   General Administration;
  *   Human Resources;
  *   Human Services;
  *   ICT;
  *   Landscape Architecture;
  *   Law;
  *   Project Management;
  *   Public Administration / Policy;
  *   Sustainability / Environment;
  *   Social Work; and
  *   Town Planning.

Commencing Salary
$58,870 plus superannuation, with promotion to an Administrative Service Officer level 5 or equivalent position upon successful completion of the ten month program.

Eligibility
Applicants must have completed a minimum three-year bachelor degree (or international equivalent). Additionally, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a New Zealand Citizen with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
