[ProgSoc] Judge rules copyright change for Happy Birthday to You

Not really an IT thing, but an interesting copyright ruling.

A US Federal court judge has ruled that Warner/Chappell does not and did not own the copyright to the words to the Happy Birthday To You song. So can no longer collect royalties  from it appearing in movies and the like. There does that $2 million a year.
